Below is a short video, of our HETAS engineer opening a chimney breast to create a new fireplace suitable for a new hearth and stove installation.
The below video shows the stages of our engineer replacing an old inset gas fire with a new free standing wood burning stove to a flexible flue liner to twin wall chimney installation.
If your house does not have a brick chimney, our engineer can supply & install a fixed internal to external (braced on the outside wall) twin wall chimney installation as per the below video. For bungalows and flat roof extensions, a shorter vertical twin wall chimney installation from the top of the stove and passing vertically through the roof would instead be fitted.
We can supply & fit different types of chimney systems to suit your home. From flexible flue liner chimneys (for where your home has a brick chimney stack to line) to vertical twin wall chimney’s for bungalows without a chimney breast or stack or internal to external twin wall chimney systems for two level homes. Where a chimney breast remains but the brick stack has been taken down at loft level, we can install a flexible flue liner to twin wall chimney system. Examples are provided via the below images.

Flexible flue liner installation to an existing complete chimney stack with pot
A flexible flue liner to twin wall chimney installation (for where the chimney stack has been taken down at loft level hence requiring a lining of the chimney left and the supply & fit of a fixed twin wall flue pipe connecting to this to replace the brick chimney stack)
A vertical Twin wall chimney installation (from the top of the stove & through the roof) to either a Bungalow or Flat roof extension
An internal to external twin wall chimney installation to a two level home (braced to the outside wall of the home)
